We recommend reserving at least 24 hours before your journey. For peak travel periods or large vehicles, 48 hours is preferable. Same-day requests are accommodated when availability allows.

Modifications are welcome up to 24 hours before departure at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking receive a full refund. After that window, a 50% refund applies. No refund is available within 12 hours of the scheduled pick-up.

We accept all major credit cards online through our secure Stripe integration. You may also settle directly with your chauffeur in cash upon arrival.

Yes. Your chauffeur tracks your flight from the moment it departs. If your arrival is delayed, the pick-up time adjusts automatically. Sixty minutes of complimentary waiting time are included on every airport transfer.

Your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. You will receive a message with their exact location and contact details shortly before landing.

We cover all Paris airports: Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY), and Le Bourget (LBG). Transfers to Beauvais are also available upon request.
